We are a professional landlord and “profit for purpose” company, improving standards for private tenants as well as increasing the supply of affordable housing for rent and sale.

We are delighted to be partnering with Department for Communities in launching Affordable Rent in June 2026. This product is designed to ease the pressures on lower income households by reducing their rent (by at least 20%).
